How Do You Take Payments?

We use both Paypal and Stripe for payments. These services provide you with a range of payment options for all major credit and debit card providers including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. When completing the checkout you will be directed to Paypal if selected to confirm the purchase. If using credit or debit card through our site, please check for any pop ups from your bank to secure and authorise the payment. How do I return an item?

Whilst we are confident that you will be happy with your purchases from Repowered.co.uk we appreciate there may be times when you need to return an item to us. Whether it is due to an item damaged in transit, faulty or even just a change of mind we are here for you and willing to help. What Does Item Condition Mean?

We are constantly scouring the market to bring the very best deals for you. These items are often brand new but some can be factory refurbished. We clearly state on the product page the condition of the item you are viewing, these can be displayed as things like "Brand New" or "Refurbished Grade A". Please check our item grading page to see details of all the conditions of the products we sell. How much is delivery?

We offer free next day service on all of the items which we sell on this site.

Which couriers do you use?

For small items, hi-fi audio, laptops and small screen TV (under 40" screen size) we use DPD. For larger TV screen sizes (42" and above) we use Fedex. 

Will I receive a VAT Invoice?

We include a VAT Invoice for every order that's shipped.
